What happens when I make a purchase?
Simply use the shopping cart, once you have finalized your order and submitted it and follow the prompts

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after purchase is made
Please Note: we are unable to ship to PO Boxes we do need a full address
What is your returns policy?
Returns must be done within 7 days - please contact us regarding a return
We endeavor to describe & represent our products accurately, please choose carefully as we cannot return items because of change of mind or wrong decisions - please contact us regarding an item
If you wish to return a product due to a fault please contact us, you will need the copy of your receipt - a replacement will be sent once the original item is return with receipt & once we have checked the item
We do check all items once they are shipped to make sure they are of our standard.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed & sent, we will advise via email of the postage details including the tracking number
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has left it generally will take 7 - 10 days to arrive, this will depend on its final destination, if you are regional it will take longer
If you need your item by a certain time frame please send us a message prior to purchasing as shipping cost will be different to our standard shipping
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We do make sure we pack all our items carefully to insure that they arrive to you in one piece, accidents can happen - please refer to our privacy policy
If you would would like to insure your item please advise us at the time of check out & we will advise of the cost
Please read of T&C's for the items that arrive damaged
We will advise if we will not post and item due to any reason, if you still would really like to have the item we will post and make sure we do everything to ensure that it arrives safely & in one piece. This will be at the risk of you
What are your delivery options?
Depending on the size of your item/s will depending on whether we use Australia Post or our couriering service.
We will advise you at the we receive your order how we will send your item/s
Postage Rates
We do offer a flat rate shipping* $13.50 for orders under $200.00 for orders over $200.00 we will ship for Free*
For our oversized items we have a flat rate of $25.00* - please refer to our T&C's for all shipping information
If live outside the metro area in your state there maybe an addition postage fee if the area is deemed regional. In this case we will send you an invoice for the extra amount for shipping
We do our up most to try and keep postage at a minimum how ever certain couriers do charge extra for regional locations and this will be to cover that cost
Can I pick up my items?
Yes you can collect your items - pick up is available from our market stall locations.
Please message us if you would like to pick up and we will assist you
Do you wholesale?
Yes, we do - to registered businesses that are the same or similar interests to us. Please email us to register your interest and we will get in contact
